Leylandii Tree Removal, Arnside, Cumbria

With stunning views across Morecambe Bay, this job certainly had one of the best backdrops! We were asked to remove a mature Leylandii conifer that had outgrown its position and required careful dismantling due to the surrounding properties.

The Challenge

Although access was straightforward, several large branches extended over a neighbouring property, meaning they couldn’t simply be cut and dropped. Each section had to be removed in a controlled manner to avoid damage and protect the surrounding gardens.

Our Solution

Working from the top of the tree down, we dismantled the Leylandii in manageable sections, carefully lowering the awkward branches clear of the neighbouring property before processing the waste on site.

With Pete keeping the chipper busy throughout the day, all branches were chipped and the site left clean and tidy on completion.

The Result

The mature conifer was safely removed without damage to neighbouring property, leaving the client with a more open garden and uninterrupted views across the surrounding landscape.
